What is Attunement?

Before you can apply Sufi Saints Healing (Sufi Reiki) for self-healing, you must be attuned to the energy. You can register for distant attunement on this website.

The attunement is a straight-forward process that connects you to Sufi Saints Healing (Sufi Reiki) so that you can start the Sufi Saints Healing (Sufi Reiki) self-healing exercises. Attunement takes a matter of minutes though some preparation is required. The first step is to determine which type of attunement is best for you - distant attunement or classroom attunement (attending a course).

In a distant attunement, you agree a time with a Sufi Saints Healing (Sufi Reiki) Registered Teacher for the attunement to be provided, without physical contact. Though we are based in the UK, Sufi Saints Healing (Sufi Reiki) benefits communities throughout the world and does not ‘belong’ to any particular country or location.

For most people, distant attunement is the most convenient choice though we recommend attending a course if you are able to do so. Use the table below to decide which attunement option is best for you.
